We offer refunds when the wrong book is shipped or if the book is damaged during delivery.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns when delivered books don’t match the customer’s order or arrive damaged. Photo proof of damage may be requested.

Important Terms:

  • The refund and return period is 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Exemptions include perishables, intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and downloadable products.
  • Partial refunds granted for used books, opened media, items not in original condition, or returned after 30 days.

Refunds:

Upon return inspection, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within specific days.

Late Refunds:

If refund delays occur, check your account and contact your bank or credit card company.

Sale Items:

Regular priced items are refundable; sale items are not.

Exchanges:

Defective/damaged items are replaced. Email us for exchanges; items should be sent to the provided address.

Gifts:

Gift returns receive a gift credit; non-gift returns get refunded.

Shipping Returns:

Return items to the specified address; shipping costs are non-refundable. You’re responsible for return shipping fees.

Security Measures:

Consider trackable shipping for valuable returns or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee item receipt.
